WAN Interface failure using multiple IPs

The internal address is fine, the Main connection (Setup with the wizard on install) is fine, does not go down.

Exchange and SharePoint go down several times throughout the day and I have to toggle the interface off (down) then back on and it works again for several hours.

Not sure how you set these additional interfaces up, but I think you shouldn't create additional interfaces, but instead use the Additional Addresses tab to add additional addresses.

Ok, odd.  That works for one address but not for both.  The one works with no issues, the other does not even ping but, If I add the other IP as a new interface it works fine (for now)

If you change to additional addresses, you will most likely also need to adjust your DNAT and/or firewall rules accordingly....

There really isn't much to tweak, this is a basic out of the box install with very little changes, basically the only NAT / Firewall rules are for https.  After checking everything there is still only 1 additional IP that works, the other does not.

You say you have a basic setup with very little changes. Then what do you test so you know that 1 IP does work and the other doesn't?

Ping traffic is handled by the ICMP tab where you can configure what UTM does with ICMP (ping, traceroute) traffic.

If you want services/servers to be reachable by an additional IP, you will need to create a DNAT rule for traffic arriving on Additional IP [address] and the correct service (ie HTTPS or any other service that you need).

If you specify what exactly does (or does not) work and what you did to test, we might be able to help you further.

I had to reset the provider router and it is working now. 

I have a several web servers setup and had each IP forwarded for https so I could test.  But after the Provider router reboot it is working using the Additional IP addresses.  Hopefully it will stay up and all will be good.

Hi Master,

apijnappels suggestion of configuring an additional interface is the solution. Restarting the Router might have initialized the arp request and the additional addresses would have come UP. Let us know if you still face the issue.
