STAS Collector Error

I am trying to add a STAS Collector, but fail with the following error:

I was on the phone with Support when it occurred, but they told me that one of the interfaces needs to be on the same network segment as the DC, so I updated an interface to accomodate, but still am receiving this error.  So far, I have found no documentation or discussion relating to this error.

 

Has anyone seen this?

    Mark,

    Edit the network definition for the host you choose as STAS Collector and, in the Advanced section, select the interface related to the network the host belong to.

    Alex and Bob,

    Your answers solved my problem.  

    The Sophos Engineer on the technical support phone call told me that I would have to add an interface on the same VLAN as the STAS collector.  I did this, and it still did not work.  He saw the error was not able to assist me to fix it.  The two solutions proposed are the correct answers.

    I think it speaks volumes that community support seems > paid support.

    Go to the Definition of the Object: On the UTM go to Definitions and Users --> Networks Definitions--> Find the Server you are using to collect Stas information.  Open the Definition AKA Edit the Definition.  Go to Advanced.  Change Interface "ANY" to the network the device sits on.  May be expressed as Internal LAN.  Click OK.  Go back Client Authentication --> Stas TAB.  Re-create the Stas Collector.  If the port is open it will work.

    Also note:  If your domain has upper case or lower case characters this is important:  In the Stas Suite General Tab on your collector Domain Controller.  Under Monitored Domains there is a NetBIOS Name Field.  If my NetBIOS domain is "MyDomain" (note the upper case of the domain name) then it must be as it appear in the NetBIOS Name field the exact same way AKA MyDomain.
