How to establish connection between internal or wan interface

I guess you need your internal client to reach the internet. Three things.

1. Add LAN network in the allowed network box of DNS settings.

2. Configure NAT-MASQ rule. Internal network > WAN.

3. Configure a FW-rule LAN-Any-WAN.

Or if it is the other way around when you need an external host to reach a server on the inside, you will need te create a DNAT rule to forward the specified port(s) to the correct internal host.
