Renew UTM9 Home License - Activation key?

Hi!

Been using ASG for a number of years and usually figured out licensing renewals but I'm baffled.  My license expired and I tried to renew but it's giving me an essentials license, so I lose IPS and web filtering, doh!  It's asking for an Activation key in my.astaro.com portal, do I have one or can I get one or how can I get home use license back in place again...?

    Hi,

    Log in to the MyUTM portal, there is an option to download license file and delete license file. Delete the license and go through Management and select create a new license. 

    If you still face issues with home user license, write to nsglicensing@sophos.com and customercare@sophos.com.
