Hopefully someone can help me with this.
Installed the new Sohos SG135w firewall at the company I work for last night and so far everything is working fine, except for the scan and send on the Canon iR-ADV350 photocopier. It uses SMTP/POP3 to send the scanned document to our hosted email servers to then send to the person in the address book. It does use POP AUTH and always via SSL and I have opened what I would expect to be enough on the UTM to make it work, but no joy.
I have enabled SMTP simple more and POP3 proxy with just the Canon listed in the 'Skip transparent mode hosts/nets' in both POP3 and SMTP and yet this doesnt work and I have also just allowed all traffic from the Canon useing Any to the external network and still no joy.
Anyone have any experience with this?
