I have Sophos home utm 9.405-5 installed on my home network.
Management eth0 is a real-teck gigabit on-the-motherboard ( I know Rulz 7but it is working and my two Intel NICs won't take data)

external eth1 is a broadcom gigabit pci-e board

Everything is working smoothly except for this one issue.

I do my banking online but since I got Sophos up and running I can't connect to my financial server.

I noticed that url www.financial-net.com was not transferring data so I pasted the url into it's own tab (Firefox) and got this error message:

I run the Policy Helpdesk for the url and get this result:

Request URL:

http://financial-net.com/
Request Time: 06 Sep, 20:30 (PDT)
Result: Blocked
Reason: Host not found
Policy name: Base Policy
Exceptions: Frontierfcu

I created an exception to try and fix it but got no help.

Web Filtering/Policies/Websites/Allow These Websites (*.financial-net.*)

I also tried turning off all services ( Intrusion prevention, Web Filtering, etc. ) with no luck.

I'm not in a panic but really don't want to bypass my firewall so I can pay my bills. ;)

Any help will be appreciated!
