Live Log on dashboard does not display a list. UTM 9.405-5

Hi folks,

Since today I can't list the available live logs from the dashboard. They actually work fine from the Logging & Reporting menu --> View Log Files --> Live Log for any logs..
But from the dashboard the only option i've got is: System messages.

I've tried several browsers thinking it might be a browser issue and several management hosts as well..



Any troubleshooting tips ?

    Try restart httpd services, take SSH to UTM and execute /etc/init.d/httpd restart .

    Let us know if that helps.

  • Well did that before trying other browsers and hosts =) since the years i'm on the UTM side i kept a few notes handy about how to handle situations =) but thanks for your help.. I guess it's elsewhere, but where though ?? hehe..

    I checked it on our test UTM after upgrading to the pointed firmware v9.405-5 and for me, the list is displaying. I feel the issue is not with the firmware but needs to be checked through the back-end.

    What does httpd logs shows when you hover the mouse on the live log button on dashboard?
