Outside (Internet) facing interface randomly just stops passing traffic.

To fix I either have to access via the inside interface and shut/no shut the outside interface or re-boot the device itself.  Anyone else experience this?  It's UTM 9 firmware 9.405-5.  It's a virtual appliance and outside interface is eth1.

    Suggest you look at the power settings of your VM NICs and the UTM. Also review your modem settings?

    Your issue would appear to be unique.
