Sophos UTM Traffic selector source and destination networks

Hello Friends,

Can someone tells me what is exactly the source and destination network in Sophos UTM traffic selector.
Is the source my LAN interface or Internet?
Also I appreciate if you can tell me how to limit the download of specific users ,which one I should use?Traffic pools or download Throttling.

    If you want to limit individual users, use a Bandwidth Pool on the Internal interface.
