Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_dashboard.pm line 3963

Hi,

I'm receiving several errors when i'm using the WebGUI from Sophos UTM9.

The problems seems to appear at:

  • Network Protection
  • Advanced Protection

The error i'm receiving is: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_dashboard.pm line 3963

I'm a sophos Home User so i'm creating a thread here in the hope someone smart can help me fix this issue.

    I figured out the solution by myself.

    Seems the log partition was full. Moved log files to storage and cleaning up logs solved the issue.

    Note that after clearing log files it can take up to 1 hour to resolve itself back to normal state.

    Thanks for closing the loop on your thread.  In general, the minimum size for a hard drive is 60GB.
