How to file a ticket with a home licence?

Ref. Bad Bugfix in 9.405-5 "Fix [NUTM-2840]: [AWS] UTM ignores MTU sent by DHCP server" making my (and others) UTM use our badly configured ISP MTU settings?

My ISP tells my UTM in DHCP Offer to use a MTU of 576.

I don't want my UTM to do that.

Ticket: Please enable a option to ignore MTU sent by DHCP server, bypassing the mandatory behaviour introduced in "Fix [NUTM-2840]: [AWS] UTM ignores MTU sent by DHCP server"
