Accessing User Portal with IE11 and Web Proxy Enabled

Hello,

After the recent update, access to the User Portal or WebAdmin no longer works using IE11 and the Web Proxy. I get an error message saying unsupported cipher RC4. Is there some configuration setting I'm missing?

Model is SG330 - version 9.404-5
