I'm no longer receiving email updates for various actions.

Hello all,

First time poster, long time reader.  I noticed when I signed in to my UTM the other day that I hadn't been gotten an email notification about a successful log-in.  I think searched my email and noticed I hadn't gotten my weekly report, nor my backup file.  I checked all my notification settings and they were exactly as they had been since I installed Sophos last year.  Now it has been a few weeks and I still have not been getting any emails.  

I searched the forums as thoroughly as I could, but still came up empty handed.  

Any thoughts?

    I have the same issue, but still not getting any alert / report e-mails. I even uploaded a backup file from 2 months prior to when the issue began and that did not fix the issue. I use Godaddy for e-mail and have all the information to configure for their e-mail. Tried every configuration and port. No luck. Using smart host and not using smart host. I am a home user and have checked to see that my currently assigned I.P. from MediaCom Cable Internet is not blocked on any mail list due to previously spammers.
