Whatsapp calls blocked on wifi

Hi All,

Whatsapp calls are blocked on my network, Sophos UTM 9 is my gateway to the internet, i am using it in transparent mode, and i am opening any service from the internal network to any destination. I tried to open ports mentioned in other threads but the issue still not solved.

also i opened the ports blocked based on the log and each time a new port is blocked.

  • Hi,

Please capture packetfilter.log for the source IP address. Check if you discover any drop packets related to whatsapp. Post the logs here.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

    please check below the logs:

    source : 192.128.132.90

    destination : external

  • Those are all resets (RST) which indicates that the connection tracker believes the connection has been terminated in each case.  Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to those above.
