unable to connect to cc, utm is on aws

Has anyone encountered this yet?

UTM is on AWS. Cant connect to cc, and i am already logged in as root.

Logged in as loginuser and su - to root

error:

<C> (i-xxxxxxxx) sophos:/root # cc
Connection or login to 127.0.0.1:5546 failed.
Not connected.

I also tried logging in as ec2-user but that user is not allowed to login as root.

Any help is much appreciated.

    I'm guessing this is a new instance and that the AMI you installed is buggy or the transfer from the store to your instance failed.  In any case, this calls for a new instance.  Have you tried this with 9.3 instead of 9.4?
