ASG 9.403 stopped boot at GRUB

I clean installed at ASG 9.403 to my N3150 mini PC via usb.

After I finished my configuration and try to reboot, it stopped at grub stage 1.5 and stop counting.

I need to press the 'ESC' to pop up the boot menu and select the first item then it will boot normally without any problem.

I did some google that may relayed to record_fail problem, but I don't know how to check in sophos utm.

Anyone please give me a direction to solve this problem.

    Hi,

    Are you getting GRUB error 15? By default, the error number states: File not found. This error is displayed when the specified file name cannot be found.Make sure the kernel exists.

    Please post a screenshot of the error message.

    It didn't show any error messages. Just simply stop counting, I need to press "ESC" to call the boot option and press enter to select the default boot.

    I solved the problem by changing the timeout from 3 to 0 in /boot/grub/menu.lst
