hi i am a newbie:
acquired a SG115w, the retailer will set up all the parameters that I wanted. it turns out that everything worked fine until yesterday when I said that the license expired. and not allowed to enter the webadmin and rejected the license generated from the account MyUTM.
the seller sent me a trial license, and proceeded to enter the webadmin. after entering the webadmin I note that the model is wrong, is showing Model: ASG Software when it is actually UTM9 SG115W.
ask what are the reasons that could change and was told that an update could be.
My license expires August 14, 2016, I have several questions:
1. It is true that the update could have made this change?
2. will be some error update? (UTM 9.3)
2. charge the seller for a ASG software when you set it up?
3. if restored as manufactured, and then upload the last backup
just load the configuration?
