Hi,

Try tracert on IP address of a system in VLAN. Check where is the traffic facing RTO.

Hi, Kevin, and welcome to the UTM Community!

I'm not sure what you mean by "the default VLAN" or what kind of "access" to the switches you're attempting. Does #1 in Rulz help to identify your issue?

Kevin, VLAN 1 is reserved in the UTM.
