Slow throughput using laptop as UTM 9.4 device

Hi, I have 25Mbps down and 5Mbps up service from my provider. Going direct through my ISP modem via speedtest.net I get those speeds. Going through my Meraki I get the same speeds. Going through my UTM it drops to 5.7Mbps down. I_ve disabled all the features except an ANY-ANY rule for outbound firewall and masquerade. UTM is installed on a Lenovo G550 laptop with a 10/100 USB NIC. I_ve changed cables and tried everything but I can_t achieve the same speed as I get through my Meraki or modem. There are no issues with CPU or memory on the laptop. My built in NIC is Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM5906M Fast Ethernet PCI Express I've tried 2 different USB NICs RTL8150 Fast Ethernet Adapter  and AN986 Pegasus Ethernet. Any other suggestions?

    Hi Guri,

    Please check if any QoS is not configured to restrict the bandwidth. You can check this by navigating through Interfaces & Routing> QoS.

    Next, take SSH to UTM and run "ifconfig" command. Check if you get any Dropped or Error packets.

    Hi, yes QoS is disabled (it's a fresh install and I went through all the modules and disabled them).

    ifconfig does not show any errors or collisions.

    I installed Untangle on another external USB drive and it's giving me the same throughput, so it seems like it's something with the hardware. The NICs are up at 100Mbps Full Duplex. I'm wondering, could it be the USB NIC that's causing the slowness? But that slow?
