Allow specific youtube and vimeo Videos

Hi!

I am trying to allow specific Youtube videos to be watched while blocking the rest. We currently use UTM 9.353-4 andI tried it by blocking Youtube via the Application Controls, however, there are not any exception controls for specific webpages in Application Controls, So i make a new category allowing the web sites we use here, and blocking "streaming media" but, didnt work, because the Exceptions cannot override the category. So i allowed the category "Streaming Media", tried to block youtube in the Filter Action, and made a list of the specific videos on you tube, and i applied to those videos a TAG

Unfortunately the tags didnt overrite the black list, so i dont know what to do.

Please, someone have a STEP BY STEP guite or something to do that?

i read many of this problems, but anyone with a clear solucion.
