Customize the authentication agent

I want my users to see a set of terms and conditions, to which they must agree, before or after authenticating with the agent.

I'm sure it's commonly done, but cannot find a "how to".

    I need students to tick a box acknowledging that they have read and understood the responsibilities they have when using the internet.  Not too much text to take in, but they need to tick the box before they can proceed.

    Are your students connecting via wifi? What you're referring to is a captive portal often used when guests connect to wifi. I've never seen it implemented in a wired internet connection and not sure that the UTM would do this while wired. I believe that when using Sophos APs that you have the ability to create a captive portal where they can agree to your terms and conditions before proceeding. If you're not using Sophos APs, you'll find that most other commercial grade access points will have some way to implement this functionality but that will depend on your brand.
