Problem with video streaming on local network.

I am running version 9.4 Home and  have run into a problem with streaming video locally. I am using HDHomeRun Prime network tuner to stream TV to my local workstations and Plex to stream recorded video to these same stations. At 20 minutes almost on the dot the streams to workstations to stop streaming, you can restart them and it will work for another 20 minutes. If I switch back to my old gateway (Zyxel usg60) this problem goes away.

I have gone through the system but cannot find anything that would be shutting down my local video stream, also do not see anything showing getting blocked that i can see.

Thank you for any help.

  • Chris, do you get any clues from trying #1 in

  • what exactly is the traffic flow?  You say you are streaming locally but the trouble goes away once you switch from utm to something else.  Something is crossing traffic across the utm.  Give us a  explanation of how this device is streaming.  If it is streaming video across your wan this is a well documented bug with the http proxy.  have you attempted turning off application control and the http proxy as a testing method?
