I've just updated my SophosUTM to the latest version 9.354-4. Huge mistake. On the machine console there were constant errors being thrown and the WAN connection wouldn't come up so we were left without internet connectivity.
The error messages was:
login: /shin/snort:: relocation error: /usr/lib/libpcap.so.1: symbol gatsockopt, version GLIBC_Z.0 not defined in file lihc.so.6 with link tine reference
This was really disappointing to have an update fail so badly. I restored a backup from a week ago and all is now fine. Has anybody else experienced this? What's the update path from here? I presume wait until some later version comes along?
