No. This is a GOOD thing. It deserves multiple exclamation points. HitmanPro is awesome and has some great technology and catch rates. Helps offset the "Yugo" Cyberoam purchase.
sophos has been on a buying binge the past few years which has led to one poor integration after another. they need to stop as they are quickly becoming hte next Symantec.
