I'm getting http://img-s-msn-com.akamaized.net/ the host for images marked as a malicious site. Is this marking controlled by Sophos, or did the my UTM blacklist it?
No problem. They are usually fairly quick about changes, if approved. Shortest time I've seen is 2 hours, longest 24 hours. All change requests are reviewed by a human, so can sometimes take a little while, based on how many there are in the queue.
