Hello All
I wanted to know what the best way to deploy a BYOD would be.
I already have radius authentication setup for wireless for domain machines/Users.
The Problem: we want to allow users to bring their own devices from home, we want to separate these devices into their own VLAN, i know how to this much. However how do we get the radius accounting information from the wireless controller to the UTM.
I know the UTM can use AD SSO, Captive Portal or Agent .
AD SSO wont work ad these devices are not Domain Machines.
Captive Portal tired once before got nothing but complaints from users about nagging password prompts.
Agent we cant install agents on the devices as they are not ours.
So when a User connects to the wifi SSID, the WLAN controllers radius auth to NPS and authenticates the user and drops them on to the Guest/BYOD vlan. How do we get the UTM to see the authenticated users on the guest/byod vlans for reporting (usernames)....
any ideas ?
