Cannot download ISOs - Dropdown in JAPANESE!

I can't read Japanese, but that is how the download page is displaying the country list to me:

Does it work better if you log into MySophos and then re-access https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/utm-downloads.aspx ?

Not sure... I started over and I got the country list in English, but after I submitted the form, it didn't give me a download link.

What's the latest 9.3x ISO version? I have 9.312 already.
