Sophos UTM Email Protection - How to Quarantine RBL Positives?

Hi

Recently Implemented Sophos UTM SG310 in our organization. Noticed that RBL  Positives are Rejected even with Spam action -> Quarantine and confirmed spam action -> Quarantine is set. I even set reject at smtp time to off. But rbl detections are still being rejected.
 I need these detections to get quarantined.

    My first choice would be to whitelist those addresses individually (like *.microsoft.com) in an Exception for 'RBL checks'.  In the beginning, just include "Internet" as a source in the Exception and add the companies that you release in the senders list.  Eventually, you will be able to delete "Internet" from the Exception.

    It's very rare that "Confirmed SPAM" is anything other than spam.
