Sophos UTM Email Protection - How to Quarantine RBL Positives?

Hi

Recently Implemented Sophos UTM SG310 in our organization. Noticed that RBL  Positives are Rejected even with Spam action -> Quarantine and confirmed spam action -> Quarantine is set. I even set reject at smtp time to off. But rbl detections are still being rejected.
 I need these detections to get quarantined.

    Why do you want to quarantine mail from blacklisted IPs?

    We work with many small companies that usually get listed in rbls, I need to be able to release these messages.
