I have an entire school down as I type this because I shut their sg210 appliance down, physically moved it 4 feet away, powered it back up and reconnected all Ethernet cables. All APs show active, with clients connected, but nobody can get out to the internet. Support line never answers, and takes at least 12 hours to return calls. Account rep basically told me to eff off because I'm under a basic license.
Why would I want to spend another $1000+ for licensing for this POS when it's nothing but problem after problem?
Literally everything seems fine on the webadmin, but we cannot get internet access. If you haven't already bought a sophisticated appliance, save yourself some heartache, and DON'T!
