Migrate config to different hardware

Hi, after some diliberation I've decided to just replace the hardware with new MB and CPU. 

My question is: is there an easier way to migrate configuration from my old hardware to new hardware? It's different motherboard and CPU and NICs, but the number of NICs is the same (2). Any tricks?

    Just wanted to update. Got new HW in, did installation and restore, worked without issues. 

    i-3 makes quite a difference over Atom. I'm able to get up to 400mbps (doing speed test via testmy.net -- which I find more reliable than speedtest), and snort process only goes up to 66%, so there is some more headroom left. With Atom it only got to about 80-90 mbps with the same setup.
