Migrate config to different hardware

Hi, after some diliberation I've decided to just replace the hardware with new MB and CPU. 

My question is: is there an easier way to migrate configuration from my old hardware to new hardware? It's different motherboard and CPU and NICs, but the number of NICs is the same (2). Any tricks?

    The only trick is that you might find that the NICs were renumbered, so you might need to experiment to find eth0, etc.
