Reporting using Users binded to MAC addresses?

I'm using DHCP for IP assignment.

How to create my 15 internal network users and assign to them their devices MAC addresses (Laptop/Desktop/CellPhone Ethernet, WiFi)

User      MAC Addresses
------------------------------------
user1    MAC11, MAC12, MAC13,...
user2    MAC21, MAC22
....

Then use these users in reports instead of the dynamic IP?

Example: TOP10 Users by time

User    Duration   %
----------------------------------
user1  18:57:46  43.4 %
user2  03:43:20  8.5 %

    What is the problem that you are trying to solve ?

    Since you have AD environment (I know from your another forum post..[;)], create DNS Reverse Lookup zone, and you will have host name instead IP address in your reports.
