VOIP issue

We have installed CUCM and we made necessary configuration.
Also we installed Cisco jabber on the end users at the Head office as internal network and it worked fine (from call to chat ,etc...)

The problem is when i installed Jabber on the users at the sites there is a problem found that Call feature not available only chat...

I wonders if there is firewall or port should be forwarded on the Sophos..

Plz i appreciate any help
