I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my concerns. Anyway, I just want to know how will I configure my SG 210 sophos firewall in transparent or NAT mode? I'm new to this appliace and what I used before was fortinet firewall. I search for any documentation but what I always found is about transparent mode in Web filtering.
What I'm looking for is like what the fortinet have, there is an option for transparent mode setup that you can configure behind any router in your network. It applies security scanning to traffic without applying routing or network address translation (NAT). Just need to configure the box for its management IP, usually same subnet with your network.
Is sophos UTM firewall capable of it? I have also a free trial version in VMWare workstations to test some configuration but I can't find any of those features. I think I'm just missing it out for I was new on this firewall.
Any help, tips and suggestions about my concerns will be a great help to me. Many thanks.
