WAN LINK Disconnection

Hi All,

I’m Working Sophos UTM SG 310

This UTM configured to work with 2 WAN Links, DSL & Microwave Connection.

I used to configure UPLINK without activating Standby Interfaces Settings. I’ve lot of internet disconnection on my Microwave link.
I plugged this link on my laptop directly and I worked for couple of hours without internet disconnection.
Once I plug this link on my SOPHOS UTM disconnection issue starts.

I need to solve this issue ASAP.

Ali, this is a User BB and not a place to make official, formal contact with Sophos. If you think the UTM is causing these disconnections, you should get Sophos Support involved.
