any comments to sophos utm and the Logjam Attack?

Mine are also 1024bit. How to up them to 2048?
Also what about SSL-VPN and so forth?
The guides at weakdh.org only show handling for TLS connections but nothing else that uses DH

You should change the keysize for SSL pointing at:
Remote Access - SSL - Advanced
There you will find Key size: 1024
change ist to 2048
