Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    its a company that hosts online backup solution where the client software can backup and restore data, it does incremental, differential etc, its pretty good when I can get it working [:)], been using it for a few years.
    I contacted them and they told me the ports I need to open, so it should work, it works fine on my laptop at home but in the office the Sophos UTM is blocking it.
