Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    Ok sorry for the late reply, I have been overseas for the last few weeks.
    Ill post a couple of screen shots of DNAT rules I made, There is 4 rules as there is 4 port ranges I have to open for the online backup.
    The ports are 
    2774
    2001
    3495
    29001:29100

    As I said before im new to this hardware and so far I have got most stuff working like RDP access via making a DNAT rule that works fine, VPN etc, just stuck on this backup issue. I still have onsite backups but the online one isn't working.
    The Destination Translation (DC) is the server the software is on.
