Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    Hi,

    Try to disable the Web proxy for the moment and be sure you have a firewall rule that equals (Internal - Any - Any) for testing and open the firewall live log and see what happens. What sw do you use? Veeam, Tivoli or Ahsay?
