Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    Those are necessary questions to be answered.  As well, if inbound, it would be helpful to show us screenshots of the details for both your DNAT and any custom service definitions that you've created, to make certain they are configured properly.  As something is being blocked, relevant snippets of the logs mentioned above, as applicable, would be nifty.

    If this is a commonly used backup app, you may want to search the forums.  Maybe somebody else has previously experienced the same problem.  

    There isn't any kind of magic to fixing problems like this, it will just take your time and effort to review the applicable information, cull it down to only relevant portions, edit if necessary for obfuscation, and share.  [:)]
