Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    Hi 
    i created a DNAT rule and it still doesn't work, starting to regret buying this firewall, its so much more complicated than forefront was. 
    What info  do you need me to post and where do i find that? Im new to sophos so i dont know heaps about it yet, even though i have read most of the user manual its still a bit confusing as to how much extra steps i need to do.
