Online backup error

Hi,
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a online backup on my domain and i cant connect to the online server with the software.
They sent me the ports i need to open and i added them to the firewall but im still getting an error connecting.
Do i need to add a DNat or SNat rule or something else? I cant work out why its so hard to just open a few ports into my domain network.

    If the backup is initiated from a server out on the internet, then you would need a DNAT.  If this backup works over ports 80 or 443 and you are using the web filtering proxy, then that may be the source of the blocks.  You've not given us any specifics, so all I can give you is a generic answer.  Review your full firewall log and full web filtering log (if port 80 or 443) to see exactly what is being blocked and why.
