Hey Sophos Users,
I ask a lot of the community about issues, so I thought I would give something back.
I don't know if you guys have ever came across Internet Uplinks not connecting because you had a wrong setting and sitting there for hours (or days in one case) trying to activate the uplinks? So feel free to add other ISP settings here.
If you have two WAN/Internet uplinks on one UTM device then make sure Uplink balancing turned on beforehand. This can be done by Interfaces & Routing > Interfaces > Uplink Balancing Tab. Personally I use automatic monitoring for the uplinks.
Here are my two ISP's I have done so far. Assuming you have added the hardware into WebAdmin.

All of the UK ISP's (excluding Virgin Media Cable) which offer Fibre packages and you get an BT Openreach modem should use a MTU of 1492 so it can communicate with the BT network before it accesses ISP's network.
When I come across more I will update
Thanks [:D]
