WAN DHCP Renew after failover

I have 2 UTM's running on a hyper-v cluster, in a HA setup (active-passive) When a failover occurs, everything works fine except my internet connection. There is no internet communication at all. If I look at the interfaces the IP is there, so that is good. 

I have found out that I can fix the problem by renewing the IP I receive from my ISP. The renew will take a few moments but after that everything works as expected.

Last weekend I did a failover and did wait for over an hour to see if the problem is going to fix itself, because I want to know what happens when i'm not at home, and a failover occurs for whatever reason. The problem did not disappear after and hour so I did a renew and 2 minutes later everything was fixed.

Is there an option that automaticly refreshes the dynamic assigned IP addresses after a failover, or any other way I can fix this?

    You should configure this in Hyper-V in the settings of both VM. Select this checkbox for HA interfaces. 
    This has to be done for Windows NLB cluster in VM to function properly, so I guess the same stands for UTM cluster also.

    I think you mean the option "Enable spoofing of MAC address" I have just checked it on my hyper-v cluster and it was already on for all network interfaces.

    Set the 'Virtual MAC' on the 'Hardware' tab in 'Interfaces'.

    All interfaces have already a "Virtual MAC"  and if I check the ARP table of my pc, it also using the virtual MAC address of my LAN side. I can't check the WAN side but I assume that is also working as it is configured exactly the same.
