How to disable 2 Factor Authentication

I have a situation where an administrator on a 9.2 version of the UTM was using the ios Sophos Authenticator for 2 factor sign on.  The iphone was having problems and required to be restored from a backup.  The app now crashes and will only work  if the app is deleted and reinstalled.
This now causes the Admin to not be able to logon to their box.  Can I from the box disable 2 factor authentication?[:(]

    Thank you for the quick reply, but the problem is that since the iphone was restored and the admin cannot receive a one time passcode, he can not logon to the server.  Can the OTP feature be disabled like the process of resetting the password from the UTM console?
