Are these good server choices for home use?

Would these work for single user home use 40-50/5  Full IPS/AV w rules for WIN and probably Linux.   I want HTTPS/SSL but if that is not possible may live with it.

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz 4GB   

or 

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz 4GB


The first is $40 cheaper, not sure if it is worth it,  the first is extremely power efficient (65W with load someone said)


These seem like the best deal I can get other than a used i5 probably.  Thank you!

    If you are going to run it as it is in your original post then UTM by itself is the better choice.  If the hardware gives UTM fits though then bump up to 16 gigs and run server 2012 essentials with 2 hdd's in raid 1 and run utm inside a hyper-v vm with 4 gigs allocated to the utm in terms of ram.  I would then dedicated 2 vcpus to the utm with the minimum percentage at 25% and the maximum percentage at 50%.  That would leave up to 50% of your total cpu abilities for server 2012.  You won't be able to do too many heavy things due to the cpu but if you balance things correctly you should be able to run both server 2012 and utm on that machine at the same time.
