Are these good server choices for home use?

Would these work for single user home use 40-50/5  Full IPS/AV w rules for WIN and probably Linux.   I want HTTPS/SSL but if that is not possible may live with it.

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz 4GB   

or 

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz 4GB


The first is $40 cheaper, not sure if it is worth it,  the first is extremely power efficient (65W with load someone said)


These seem like the best deal I can get other than a used i5 probably.  Thank you!

    Well, it would be preferred, but not if it will hurt my connection.  Still an ok idea or better run it standalone?  

    Do you still think that it would be adequate for full IPS /AV rules (I want HTTPS/SSL also but since I am the only one using it that may not be as big of an issue, not watching movies or playing games in SSL)
