Are these good server choices for home use?

Would these work for single user home use 40-50/5  Full IPS/AV w rules for WIN and probably Linux.   I want HTTPS/SSL but if that is not possible may live with it.

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz 4GB   

or 

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz 4GB


The first is $40 cheaper, not sure if it is worth it,  the first is extremely power efficient (65W with load someone said)


These seem like the best deal I can get other than a used i5 probably.  Thank you!

    do you want to have the machine do something other than just utm?  if so your requirements skyrocket.  server 2012's realistic minimum is 8 gigs and utm is 4..that means you really should have 16 gigs of ram in the server.  You also need at least two identical hdd's.  you load server 2012 on those drives and then inside of windows you use the dynamic drive abilities to run them as a mirror.  you load server 2012 essentials and then run hyper-v and run utm inside of that.  

    If you run only the utm then you only need 4 gigs of ram
