Are these good server choices for home use?

Would these work for single user home use 40-50/5  Full IPS/AV w rules for WIN and probably Linux.   I want HTTPS/SSL but if that is not possible may live with it.

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz 4GB   

or 

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz 4GB


The first is $40 cheaper, not sure if it is worth it,  the first is extremely power efficient (65W with load someone said)


These seem like the best deal I can get other than a used i5 probably.  Thank you!

    I have a 4 port NIC I could use and an SSD or regular HD's.  I was hacked with backdoors and rootkits so it is very important to have full IPS and AV but also be snappy with little noticable lag.  3.4 or 3.5 dual core i3's seem ideal, no?  Would like to run with Server 2012 R2 if possible.
